(1) The Diplomatic Corps (Classification, Appointment and Transfer) Rules, 2050 are hereby repealed and any action taken in accordance with those rules shall be deemed to be done in accordance with these rules.

(2) At the time of commencement of these rules, the employees working in various ranks and positions of Nepal Foreign Service and Nepal Administration Service, Diplomatic Group shall be deemed to be in the respective ranks and positions of the service.
